Tamasin Cave is a freelance editor and campaigner. She has previously edited a number of environmental magazines and written on environmental and farming issues for a range of UK publications (national, trade and independent press). She has also campaigned on food and farming issues in the UK, highlighting the impact of supermarket power on farming incomes and the environment. William Dinan is a founder member of Spinwatch and a Lecturer in Sociology in the Department of Geography and Sociology at the University of Strathclyde. He has been researching the PR and lobbying industry for over a decade. Nicholas Jones maintains a blog at Spinwatch. He has spent forty years chronicling the news media's relationship with politicians, trade union leaders and other public figures. He is an active campaigner in groups which promote high journalistic standards and the widest possible spread of media ownership. Jones was an industrial and political correspondent for the BBC for thirty years. His books include Strikes and the Media (1986), Soundbites and Spin Doctors (1995), Sultans of Spin (1999) and Trading Information: Leaks, Lies and Tip-offs (2006). Eveline Lubbers is an investigative reporter living in Amsterdam. After finishing university she co-founded the Jansen & Janssen bureau , a spin-off from the squatters movement of the eighties. With the bureau she has been monitoring police and secret services and supporting social activist groups against oppressive surveillance tactics of authorities. She has been publishing in both activist and mainstream media, on the Internet, and has produced books on related subjects mainly in Dutch. Her work is collected on Evel Writes In the past few years she has specialized in corporate intelligence and PR-strategies of multinationals against their critics including net-activists. This resulted in: Battling Big Business, countering greenwash, front groups and other forms of corporate bullying. The book has been published in the UK, the US and in Australia.
