Now video games are used as propaganda against Israel with a Danish company’s new computer game. Cabum.com has produced a series of computer games dubbed “Global Conflicts.”

The 3-D game, called “Palestine,” begins with a young journalist who enters a village to interview both sides of the conflict. The background is etched with real life scenery of the landscapes. As players progress to the next level, the situation intensifies and become more personal.

“The Middle East is a long way away, but this is your chance to get closer,” the company’s advertising slogan announced to the public. “Can you really continue to remain objective in the face of the grueling pictures you are about to see?”

The programmers believe they’ve created an “educational” tool to challenge students to come to terms with real life dilemmas.
