Spinwatch is funded by donations, royalties and proceeds from book sales and other writing and research commissions as well as by grant funding. Unlike the PR and lobbying industries we will always be open about how much money we receive and in the case of specific grants what it is intended to be spent on. For a breakdown of Spinwatch activities in the first 18 months of the organisation (from January 2005-June 2006) including financial information please see our first Annual Report. Other financial disclosures In 2006 we set up the NuclearSpin website. The Nuclear Spin project was funded by a small grant of £2,280 from the JMG Foundation and £1,500 from Greenpeace. £2,400 of a small grant to SpinWatch from the Network for Social Change has also been used to fund NuclearSpin. Spinwatch has received £6,596 from the Network for Social Change and a small grant of £1,000 from the Lipman Miliband Trust. Spinwatch Grant funding breakdown: | Year | Funder
